Revo AI Officially Launches RVG Internal Electronic Tokens

Revo AI is pleased to announce the official launch of the sale of RVG internal electronic shares. RVG is the foundational electronic share of the RevoAI ecosystem, bringing together blockchain technology, a real-world retail store network and gold-backed real-world assets (RWA).

1. What is RVG?

RVG is an internal electronic share issued on a blockchain platform. It has a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 RVG and a starting price of 0.05 USDT per RVG.

Rights of RVG holders:

• Holders are public shareholders of RVG.
• Holders are entitled to receive dividends.
• Holders have no voting rights.
• Holders are not shareholders of RevoAI the company.

RVG is tied to real value through three pillars:

• A network of 1,000 Stores: Retail outlets that accept RVG and RVAI as payment, creating real-world demand.
• Gold Reserve & Backing Fund (RWA): 15% of the total supply is allocated to a real-asset fund backed by gold, strengthening RVG's value base and reducing price volatility.
• Link to RevoAI Diamond Gold: The development roadmap leads towards an IPO of RevoAI Diamond Gold, with a target valuation of USD 1 billion.

2. The 6-Round Sale Roadmap (2026 – 2029)

A total of 200,000,000 RVG (20% of the total supply) will be offered in the internal sale, divided into six rounds over approximately three years. Each round is priced higher than the one before and is linked to specific ecosystem milestones.

3. Development Milestones by Round

Year 1 – Launch and Foundation

• Round 1 – Seed: Launch of the smart contract, internal sale to F0 partners, and initial gold (RWA) backing.
• Round 2 – Private: Development of the first 50 Stores and activation of the one-way RVG → RVAI Swap.

Year 2 – Store Network Expansion

• Round 3 – Strategic: Expansion to 200 Stores, integration of RVG/RVAI payments at points of sale, and an increase in gold backing to 15% of total supply.
• Round 4 – Expansion: 500 Stores reached, legal restructuring completed and IPO filing prepared for RevoAI Diamond Gold.

Year 3 – Reaching the Goal

• Round 5 – Pre-IPO: Completion of the 1,000-Store network and of the international audit of RevoAI Diamond Gold.
• Round 6 – Public/Listing: IPO of RevoAI Diamond Gold, listing of RVG on major exchanges, full opening of Swap liquidity and launch of the Staking programme.

4. Why RVG Has Growth Potential

Sale prices rise with each round: Early participants secure the lowest price in the entire roadmap. The planned Round 6 price is 100 times the Seed price.
Dividend rights: RVG holders are entitled to dividends, in addition to the potential for price appreciation along the roadmap.

Value tied to real activity: Demand for RVG comes from the Store network and the payment ecosystem, not from trading alone.

Asset backing: The gold RWA fund accounts for 15% of the total supply and aims to establish a base price floor.

Anti-dumping mechanisms: The founding team's electronic shares are 100% locked for the first 12 months and then released gradually over 36 months. RVG sold in each round is released in quarterly instalments.

Fixed total supply: Bonus electronic shares are drawn from existing allocated funds, and no RVG will be issued beyond the 1 billion supply.
